lumps on left side of cats tummy

just stroking my cat and can feel 4 lumps around 2-3 cm goin in a c shape and are hard is this normal or vet check up or could it be something to do with her having kittens 2 weeks ago and it still all swollen in there?? shes eating fine drinking a lot but seems happy in herself no dodgy bowl movements

I'm going to ask that this be moved over to the pregnant cats and kitten forum, as the experts on new mama cats are over there and might now if it might be related to that.
