My 1 1/2 year old female cat was to the vet yesterday afternoon for her yearly booster and rabies shot.

After the fets, She ate dinner last night and before going to bed. Today she won't eat. We fed her this morning early before going to work, then at noon and I just opened a can. For me she acted like she was hungry, took a bite then walked away.

Could the shots make her not want to eat? We have an appointment tomorrow with our vet but I'm thinking it might be the shots??

Yes her not eating can certainly be because of the shots.  I'd wait another day or two to see if she starts eating normally.  Will she eat treats?

Now, if she is literally not eating anything, take her to the vets tomorrow.  Cats can't go longer than around 24 to 48 hours without eating or they run the risk of developing fatty liver disease.

I do have an appointment tomorrow at 5. Hopefully by then she will eat.

I don't feed her treats. I only feed her wet canned food.
