Need advice pls: Mother cat with diarrhea

Hello my name is Anna and i`m from Malta

Since last November i started taken care of 7 cats that showed up in my street... neutered all of them, except 1 that was due to giving birth so i kept her in my garden in a rehab cage and she gave birth to 4 beautiful babies on the 28th of April. Everything was fine until 4 weeks ago she started having diarhea and after her the babies too. All except 1. 

The past week she`s been on Flagyl after vets changed her food to ID and she still didnt improve. She is not having watery diarhea now but the stool is still loose. Am worried for her but also for the kitties, as they keep having diarhea, 2 of them where healed for like 2 weeks now today they started again. I was planning to keep them all and i cant separate them as inside i have 2 other cats, 1 of which suffers from Kidney failure so cant stress her out.

They are currently located in a big room and next to it there is a garden, so they have shelter and space to play. Any advice please am really really worried for them, been stressed out for the past month

What has the mother been tested for? Coccidia and giardia? Has a stool sample been sent to a lab? The SNAP tests done at a vet's office aren't always very reliable. You may have to ask that a sample be tested for "everything".

sry for the late reply. I took Elise for blood work on Thursday, to check if she has Leukimia/Hiv. Thanks God it was negattive, but she had a bit of fever. Her and the kitties keep getting diarhea on and off and am really frustrated cause i keep going to the vets every few days and it seems not helping much. It`s been a nightmare Vet gave Klaricid twice a day for 21 days and it seems a bit too much after they have been on other antibiotics for the past 5 weeks, i also gave proibotics but futile
