It is difficult to know, all the signs are possible and nothing coming out for days...

The book answer is of course, do contact your vet. the vet will know which follow up questions to give.

But the overall rule of thumb, is, as long as she is contend, not stressed, calm, you can await.

If she is visibly stressed - watch out.

Here, as labor is coming, she may not be entirely calm, of course. But what you are anxious for, is some complications coming, with this blody discharge without visible results...  The discharge may be mucus going, but some blood gettin on it. The mucus by itself is greenish. But it is just a guess, I cant know.  So it is impossible to give correct advices by a Forum, even in a real chat it would be difficult if you arent a pro.

So.

You either try to analyse the situation as well you can, and await, taking your calculated chance, but of course continue to closely observing and being ready for everything

- or you do contact your vet, begin by phoning = the safer alternative, but it may cost money if the vet wants to see her.

Good luck!
