What should i call my female kitten when she's born?!?!

My cat Lacie is pregnant and when she has the kittens i am keeping a girl and giving the rest to loving&safe homes. But im stuck on what to call her and i need help!! The names its between are Ivy or Mitzi (i thought they were such cute names!)

So which do you think? And do you have any sugestions?

P.s.The kittens could be any colour because the mum (Lacie) is black, ginger, a little brown and white (the colours looked like they are mixed) and the farther is brown (looks like tigar strips)

I like to chose based off their personality when I can.  Maybe make a list of your favorites and see what one fits?  

My 2 are named off the comic strip Mutts.  I had a friend growing up who had a soda theme going on in her family's cats; so Sprite, Pepsi and I forget what else.  When I was a kid we named our cats based off the holidays they were born near.  My first cat was Christmas Tinsel, Tinsel for short.  The 2nd was Morning Glory; which is a sparkler we used to get.  She was born around Memorial Day.  Some of our other cats came to us named already.

I first have to look at the cat and see how they react to the name. Bella was giving the name by my granddaughter. Thunder (aka Key-Key) well my husband gave her that name.

She will name herself and tell you what her name is. 

When Banshee was born, she had lungs bigger than she was.....she was such a screamer. Our son said, "Mom, she screams like a banshee!" Son and I looked at each other and that's how Banshee got her name.

With Mollipop, I was doing laundry and I was singing, "Lollipop, lollipop, oh lolly, lollipop!" But the one time it came out "Mollipop". And that's how Mollipop got her name. Molli for short.

So, kittens have a way of telling you what their names should be. Sometimes it is based on their personality, on how they act. Sometimes, it's because of their color of the texture of their fur. Or their eyes. Or their meow. 

Give her some time after she's born....she'll tell you.
