That's wonderful, Pat! You definitely deserve the new things.
Yay you!
I lost 1.03# this week..less than I wanted, but it's a loss and I am grateful for it! Went to my husband's company party this week, and realized I finally feel like I look normal..still overweight, but normal. I am rapidly changing pants size and am having to buy new jeans fairly frequently, and have rewarded myself with some lacey undies and bra
You are smack dab in the middle of the normal range with your height and current weight.I,M glad I found this, I weighed myself the other day at the store and...I need to lose some weight! I am 5 foot 4 inches and weigh 125 lbs, placing me at BMI of 21 > >' i'm almost overweight and would like to lose 20 lbs but i'm very out of shape and exercise is sooo annoying. How do you guys manage to lose weight i need hints :3 if i can get my BMI to 18 i would be sooo happy

I agree with Pat. But it really depends on your body and how you look and feel. 105 pounds for somebody who is 5' 4" is way low. I'm about 5' 5" and at 119 pounds, I pretty much look like a walking skeleton and I realize that. My cheeks sink in and I actually have people ask me if I'm OK.

If you drop to 105, you will be at a bmi considered underweight. I hope you will instead think of what it is you wish were different - if you want to be more toned, or athletic, there is yoga or various ways of exercising to change your shape/tone your body. You wouldn't be considered overweight until you had a bmi of just over 24. You are not overweight, nor close, truly!
Enjoy your Christmas!Sounds delicious Pat. You are DIE HARD!! Good for you. Hope you have a fantastic day. I don't think it would be appropriate to post my menu on the weight loss thread!! ( it's naughty!!)Merry Christmas.
TY...it was a mistake in that on a holiday, why did I decide it would be fun to cook 3 new recipes that day? LOL. Too much time in the kitchen was spent!Pat, your menu sounded delicious!
Like Pam, I'm not back on the wagon yet. I've got a few more things coming up and way too much bad in the house. I have given away lots of the bad stuff at least. Aaron has the rest of the year off and he wants to do a few day trips. I want to fit some walking in. I'm waiting to see how icy it is this morning.
You will. It's no exaggeration to say I've been working on this, off and on (that's the problem..those off times..lol) since I got married! TyPAT!!!! That is great!!!!There is no hate, that is for sure. I am my own enemy, but I do have to say that with the bad eating I don't feel as well these days either, I am just a lot more sluggish. That alone is motivation for me to get back on the wagon. Plus all of my new clothes are getting tight and since I packed away all the bigger sizes on purpose, I have to get back into it.
