Could you provide more info? How often does she have diarrhea, once a day or more? Does she have any other symptoms, vomiting, being tired, etc? Does she still eat and play normally?

What exactly did she used to eat and what did you switch her to? Is she indoor only or does she have access to outside where she may have eaten something that's upsetting her system?

Diarrhea for a week is not good, and she may be dehydrated as a result. Can you feel her gums to see if they are slick or dry?

Do you free feed the dry or schedule feed? If on schedule, how many times a day do you feed? Does she throw up at a certain time of day?

She may very well be allergic to the grains and other inappropriate stuff in the deli cat. I know a lot of cats like dry food better than wet because they put animal digest on it to attract them. You can actually buy this animal digest which is marketed as a probiotic called Fortiflora and put it on wet food to get your cat to eat it. I would highly recommend reading catinfo.org which is written by a vet who is an expert on cat nutrition.

Because she has had this for a week I am very concerned about dehydration and I would take her to the vet to get checked out and given some fluids under the skin.

Some good treatments are human probiotics and slippery elm bark, but I think taking her to the vet to get checked out is a good idea at this point. Though I would do research before you buy any food the vet recommends because most vets do not have proper nutrition training and make a lot of money on the food they sell, which IMO is not always very good for cats.

I feed her in.morning, food last about all day, sometimes have to give her more, she doesnt throw up,she seems to drink plenty. I think i might give it over the weekend.then call vet to see what they say if she still has the runs. We played last night and seems ok
