 HELLLPPPP!!!!!

A door was blown by the wind and slammed on my cats tail as she was going through the door.

The tails is now hanging down and has a lump near the base of the tail, it has been a few hours and is still a bit shakey. she cannot get to places she could before and sometimes falls when she jumps i am really worried and don't know what to do ???

You need to take the cat to the vet right away because their tails are part of the spinal cord. We had a cat who hurt his tail and we had to rush him to the vet and they were able to treat him.

Please bring your kitty to the vet or at the very least call your vet for advise.  In the meantime; I would give your kitty a safe and quiet place to rest. She is probably in pain and needs to be seen by a vet.
