Cats and anti-moth products

With an infestation of grain moths, I am advised to use an insecticide containing Cypermethrin or Permethrin. I believe one or both of these would be harmful to my pershian buddy. Does anyone know of a feline safe product to kill or at least repel this type of moth?

Yes, these are toxic to cats as most insecticides are. I don't know of a safe alternative. What kind of infestation? Is it possible to vacuum them?
