Lady is 62 days today!!

Hi everyone my first time here was looking for some advice on my cat called lady... Lady escaped 9 weeks ago little horror. We had just moved house and i was putting rubbish out and she ran straight out the front door  She was booked into be spayed 3 weeks later along with her sister... 5 days she was gone for and she wasn't in heat when she ran away.. well i thought she wasn't anyway.. Cats protection came to the rescue and we got a cat trap with some fresh food in there and finally managed to get her back.. She was severely starved and could see all her bones along her back and her she was so dehydrated she was in the vets for 3 days and then she came home. She was still really skinny but plenty of TLC and regular meals but little amounts she started to pick up again.. On the day of the neutering i was informed by the vet that Elle was ready but i had to make a decision about lady as she was pregnant. I didn't know she was until then and i made the decision to have Elle neutered but NOT lady..I didn't feel comfortable in aborting the kittens as i don't believe in that its my fault she got out so i had to live with it and help her till the very end...  As the pregnancy grew on lady looked more and more healthier even if its help with babies i was pleased to see her back to her normal self 2 kittens have homes.. i work as a nurse in a nursing home and 2 other nurses have asked for one each lol so am pleased i have homes already and that i know they will be forever homes

Today is day 62 for lady and i have no idea what to look for.. I have everything in 1 room including food water and litter tray and a little nursery in there but yet she isn't interested in it... She is sleeping allot and still purrs when i clap her.. her tummy has dropped alto but no milk or discharge yet..

What do i need to expect??

What to expect?  There could be a lot of signs to expect. Problem is, none of them is any exact measure... She is in the "delivery possible zone", and the rest is waiting...  "the waiting game" being the favorite pastime here. NOT.   Good if you are near, though. It happens the caretakers help saves the day.

Many cats get their milk when the kittens comes, not earlier. Very few dont get their milk. So dont worry.

But one of the good things to prepare is a scale weighting in grammes, preferably electronical.  Kitchen or mail, may be fairly cheap.  If you weigh them daily beginning from at the delivery, you will know if they gain and how much...  A very important tool.

Hi stefan thanks for your reply i have electronic scales which i have put aside.. Earlier today she seemed restless and now she is sleeping an awful lot... Shes been grooming her self alot and wants cuddles all the time which is more than usual?? Shes a loving cat anyway but maybe a little more... He tummy has dropped in the last day or 2 also and today she was letting me more stroke her in the tummy very gently and was quite excited that i could feel the kittens moving.. Very nice feeling to feel them and more chuffed that lady let me cause she has been very protective of her tummy till now... Will keep use all updated xx

Well today is day 66 and lady is licking her self an awful lot.. Shes in her place that she wants to give birth and everything she needs is in that room [emoji]128522[/emoji]... About an hour ago she was lyin with me letting her rub her back and belly etc and i happened to ser a reddy brownish sticky discharge coming from her... She has been eating today but not as much... Shes not meowing or nothing.. Kittys are still moving. When she was lying on her back and letting me rub her i felt a kitten really far down towards her vagina that wasn't there 3 days ago... Am not being stupid lol i no they come outta there but with them getting so far down is lady getting closer and what time scale am i looking at???
