my baby girl Bella, well she is in labor for the first time!! and she had 3 babies, she just pushed one out with the legs first and the sack last, well she chewed the cord off but I had to clean it he is breathing bad, liquid is coming out of his mouth and nose he wines alittle but I need to no how to make sure he stays alive!

Call the vet; this is not something that someone on the internet can fix.
Its too late now, but most probable is he got water in him. So a try to suck off the water from the lungs in necessary.
Perhaps easiest you take a straw and suck the water out. Very carefully, its dangerous to suck too hard.
Another way is to "slung", ie you take him in your hand head out, tail in, holding him including his neck, and draw him quickly down, slunging water out like a centrifuge.
This too quite dangerous if you hadnt been showed or practised. Very easy to break off the neck, or not do it well enough...
Some breeders do it routinely with every kitten.
This is reasons why it is best to rush to a vet if you dont know exactly how to do it...
