i notice the cat food i been geting has this stuff, could that what have mess up my cats digestive tract i went and dry feed her and she poops normaly but i felt guilty since my other cat was getting can cat food that i gave her a bit and she diarrheaed again. could my cat be allergic to one of these ingredents? I'm thinking whatever is in the cans here is what she had diarrhea on felidae, evo, bought 95% by nature recently, precise i got it on a whim at a health store, lamb by halo, even fancy feast classic chicken pate before. also nature's variety rabbit. I notice these problems persist everytime i gave her a table spoon but when i stop no more diarrhea problems i felt guilty and fed her some today. she actually had 4 days worth of diarrhea free problems. but i hate feeling guilty :( maybe they put something in can that is bad for her that she can't handle.

Well, she *could* have a problem with carrageenan, but a couple of those you mention don't have carrageenan (FF classics and Nature's Variety Instinct). This is your IBD cat, right? I would compare the ingredients of the canned foods you have tried and figure out the ones in common. Then try to eliminate them one at a time, more if you can.

hmm don't know if she has IBD really she just got medicine to see if it works doesn't work so i was thinking it may be an allergy of something she does well on dry food. I do raw just i don't have the time and can't afford to buy it specially online i don't have raw food for cats in stores not unless i make them but no time at all and i may mess up i'm bad at it. they probably put something in can she can't tolerate could be gaur gum maybe.
