I didn't see her water break. I just saw some slight discharge (that might have been it) and then literally 2 minutes later, the first baby was half way out. There must have been more i didn't see. If your kitty breathing faster, being more vocal or a little more restless?

So all of the kittens are very small but there is one kitten that I'm very worried about. She's incredibly small and is having trouble latching. All her brothers (I think) keep moving her out of the way. I've tried a little bottle with kmr but that's not working nor did the thicker syringe. I'm having my husband bring a dull syringe home from work. I've called the emergency vet who says I should get a few drops into her every half hour and if she isn't feeding better later on I should bring them all into my vet. I'm soooo worried about her :(

Try to latch her on when the others are sleeping.

If you feed, better very tiny portions often, then few big portions as much she can.

You know the position? On tummy, head up, like when they do when they nurse mom.

When you use the syringe, in the corner of the mouth.

Sometimes is a dropper easier than a bottle.

If it doesnt work out, let hope the vet know how to feed by tube to the stomach.  THIS is very efficient in difficult cases. The problem is it is difficult and dangerous for newbes, and it seems also, many vets dont know how to do it either. Or at least, they dont want to show.

Get also dextrose (glucose sugar). Useful in many emergencies situations.

Good luck!
