My kitty got out a few weeks ago. I have no idea how long she was out, but she was at the end of her heat cycle. Now she seems to be more tired than normal. Normally she is quite independant and doesn't want too many loves...always on her terms and now she's constantly wanting attention, being more vocal and actually cuddles in my arms now. I was petting her this morning and noticed her nipples were quite a bit bigger. I can upload a photo of how the nipples look if that would be helpful, because if she is pregnant I am in desperate need of advice. Any help is appreciated! Thanks

Lol sounds like it. At 3 weeks their nipples pink up. I'd watch her. But based on all I've read she's prolly preggers. How long ago did she get out?

I agree, these symptoms are indicies of preggo. Esp if the tits are pinking up, "strawberry" pink.

If you wish to spay her now, it is medically still OK. - You DID asked about advices, didnt you??

Some veterinarian handbooks even recommend to let them get early preg. As spaying while in heat is more dangerous and more difficult.

Keep asking and reporting!

 Good luck!

Okay so here's a photo. Is this how the nipples look when they begin the "pinking". Any advice on how to care for her while she is pregnant would be much appreciated.

I believe it was around 3 weeks ago that she got out, but I can't remember the exact day.

Thanks

I'm pretty sure she is pregnant. Around 3-4 weeks or so i'd say. As far as advice. Put her on kitten food, because it makes the babies healthy while growing, try to keep her inside, and keep her stress level low. I have a pregnant kitty as the moment, and i've been through it a few times before (: have any other questions?

I had no idea about kitten food, but I'll get right on it. Are we talking formula kitten food or just regular dry kitten food? Also how long do kitty pregnancies last?

9 weeks or 65 days. Dry is fine, and also feed her wet canned food atleast once a day. It has alot of protein in it (:
