He's done a lot better! He's used both boxes and several times a day and eats two cans of (watered with filtered water) Friskies wet food with no dry at all. He's peed once on the coffee machine, which he's peed on before, though, but with no signs of strain, meowing, or pain.
He's also going to the vet next week for a checkup, urinalysis, and to get some suggestions on better foods for him to regulate his condition.
I do have another question though. Since taking him to the vet and getting him checked out, he's been increasingly... frisky, I guess is the best word. He's been very chatty and when he's being played with, he meows CONSTANTLY. Before he was such a quiet cat, barely meowing at all and now he won't shut up, not that I'm complaining about the meowing itself. It's just very out of his character. He tries to grab me when I walk by him and attack me, which is also not like him, meowing the entire time. He's showing no signs of pain as it doesn't sound like a yowl and he's purring, but his change in temperament is just really strange.
Has anyone seen anything like this...? I guess this could seem like I'm a worry-freak, ahaha, but when it comes to my cat, I totally am. XD
