Hi all, I had written about this in the health forum but didn't really get any responses so I thought I'd write about it as well. I just got my 2 kitties a week ago, and they've settled in very well. My little girl has been sick with an upper respiratory infection but is getting better fast. Now my boy is a crazy one, no sense of shyness or apprehensiveness from the second we got home. Perfect. But now he's started using my girl as one of his toys! He chases her and jumps on her and starts biting her, wherever (neck, tummy, legs) and the vet said that I should stop him for as long as she's not 100% better. Which I've been doing. But now that I'm at work.... ugh, he'd better not be torturing her!! Any suggestions anyone has? When I stop him I say "NO!" and pull her away from him, stuff like that. Thanks in advance!

It sounds like he's just playing. While the female kitten is sick, you might try keeping the kittens in different rooms while you're at work, and letting them have some supervised time together when you're home. And maybe play with the male for awhile to help him get rid of some of his energy before you bring the kittens back together.

Ditto those suggestions, he's just playing and the only way to be certain while you're not there is to separate them.
