So I'm in a crazy bind. I'm twenty-two years old, and about to become homeless. I'm staying with a friend for just a little bit, until I can get on my feet and get an apartment. I have three furbabies that I don't want to give up forever, but they can't stay with her. I just need homes for them for 4-6 weeks, until I get a job and money for an apartment.

They're kittens, about four months old, all siblings. Their names are Rorie, Aiden, and Mia. That's two boys and a girl. They're very friendly, no problems whatsoever, perfectly healthy.

I'll be on the South Coast of Massachusetts, but I'm driving down there from Canada (in two-four days!!), so anywhere along the way would also work, and I can drive back and get them when I have a place.

I've contacted numerous rescues, and while I wait to hear back, I'm pulling out all the stops. Please help me!

Good luck to you AND your little ones.  Don't know if you'll find anyone here...we're here mostly just to try to give advise, but maybe someone can help out.  You just never know.

Maybe one of those shelters will contact you.  I know here in the Phoenix area, there is one place that will take in animals for 30 days for this time of emergency, like if someone has to be hospitalized and has no family around, etc.  Hopefully you can find something like that.

Are they spayed/neutered and up to date on shots? Are you willing to help out with food cost during those 4-6 weeks?

I'm not sure if you have contacted these places yet, but it's worth a shot:

They are not yet fixed, but have their shots.
Best of luck to you in your search to find a temporary home for your three kittens.

All my best to the kittens. :cross: :vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes:

I live in D.C. and could maybe take one.  That is way out of your way and it would not be ideal for them to be separated I am sure so I doubt it will work out, but PM me if you get truly desperate.  I have to be upfront that his living situation would be quite cramped- I have 2 of my own and will not want to go through the pain, effort, and risk of introducing them for such a short visit. I also have to be upfront that I absolutely could not commit to more than 6 weeks and likely would surrender to a shelter at that time. As I say PM for more details if you are really in a bind.

How nice of you, hun. :hugs: I wonder if the OP will come back to see your offer.
