Hi Everyone!

I am part of a student research group looking to gain more information about how people find their veterinarians and if they would use a search engine specific for finding veterinarians, emergency locations or speciality vets.

Warning the survey is a little long, about 25 or more questions depending on how you answer.

T
hank you for your help in advance!

I took the survey, but ran into a technical problem. Question #4 asked me to rank the answers in order of importance, but it wouldn't let me change any of the numbers, so they just came up in the order listed.

I had thought I could add this as a comment at the end of the survey, but it didn't have a comment box for me to do that.

If you're able to correct it in your results, this is the order I wanted.
1- Quality
2- Other: knows how to handle cats
3- Location
4- Price
5- Hours

You should be able to still rank them, It's something confusing Survey Monkey does.  It refreshes automatically.  Just wait for it to update and you should be able to change the numbers. But I will make a note of this and let my teammates know.

Thank you for taking the survey though! Your feedback is extremely helpful.

I took the survey.

The ER questions were a bit confusing.  While my vet hospital doesn't have 24/7 emergency care hours, there is a vet clinic in my city that does, and it is the "Animal ER' for the city. I've taken my cats there when in need of ER help.

The way it does the ranking is a little confusing but I was able to rank them.

I went back and tried again and this time it let me rank them. I didn't complete the survey a second time because I figured that would skew your results.

Hi everyone! Thank you for your responses and feed back! It's really going to be helpful and better assist us in the field when we are creating surveys (Though I would love to take this project just beyond this class)

The place I take my cats now used to be emergency only but they expanded to regular care as well, yay!

I had same problem with same question.  It appeared as if one could choose the number for each item listed--but once I plugged in "1" for the top option, the others automatically listed in the next number--none allowed adjusting the numbers after that first one.
