Hello,

I'm a new kitten, almost a cat (7 months), on the block. My owner (or how you say) will speak for me now. Hi, I'm peter. This cat is bought from an owner, family, that has one kid who is alergic to cats. So I saw this cat on a website like eBay an thought it was cute. So I bought that cat. Her name was Elsa, but as I knew an Italian cat that I liked very much and was named Gloria, and this cat's mother's name was Gloria - I named her Gloria Elsa. GE's mother (100% Burmese) live in the South of Sweden, and once she visited the neighbour's cat (75% Burmese) and there was love! So that was the beginning of EG's Life. I like EG so much. She is very  polite with her box. A clean cat. Perhaps she is a Little bit spoiled. Anyway, I didn't know almost anything about cats, but now I am convinced that EG is not a Burmese, she is a Bombay breed - not 100% Bombay.

By for now. Any comments are most welcome.

BR, Peter

Hi Peter... What a beautiful shiny DSH pussycat you have.  It's pretty doubtful that there is any Bombay.. but it really doesn't matter as she's just gorgeous

Hi,

Thank you from Elsa Gloria and from me. I Believe that if a cat has not to a100% the right parents, then it's impossible to enter a cat "best in show" exibition. "Stop! Elsa Gloria you are not allowed to enter here among all the fine breeds on the show. Sorry, black cat." Anyway, it doesn't matter EG. We love you anyway. But anyone may inform me if EG will fall in love with a bombay cat, can she get birth to "REAL" bombay kittens?

/Peter

And your cat Mani looks cute and happy.

What kind of breed is that?

Hi,

And thank you. And I want to send my best mjau to Flash, Sooty and to Smooch. I am not a 100% Clean breed. But my owner, or how you say in English, says that I am perfectly Clean with my box, and that I am spoiled. I don't know. I like Life. I'm Walking in the streets and in parks with a dog-strap. I'm afraid of dogs. But I see no cats. Where are all cats??? Anyway, have a nice summer! Best mjau from, Elsa Gloria

I don't know to whom to reply to. Anyway. Elsa Gloria fell out from a window down on the stone sidewalk - about 4 meters. It was devastating. I cried. Will she survive? Elsa Gloria escaped from the front door of the appartment, Went down the stairway, and the first window of the 1st stairway was open. It was dark, and suddenly she jumped out. Now our male cat Benjamin Franklin has been very kind to his sweetheart, and BF has turned from beeing a scared animal to be a brave and understanding cat. On thursday I will visit the vet, and hope that nothing grave has happened to EG (?)

Thank you. I didn't know that I could love my cats that much? But now I do know that.

Was at the vet. She, the vet said that the bladder was ok, and that she eg was ok. I was so glad to hear that. Tried to bring my other cat too, Mr Benjamin Franklin, but he was impossible. He has a totally different character and is so scared time to time. Will bring him to the vet this week. Both cats will also be chiped.

I'm relieved to hear that Elsa Gloria is going to be okay. Did the vet tell you to keep the cats separated for a while when she gets home? She might get hurt roughhousing with Benjamin Franklin, and she definitely shouldn't breed in her condition.

Thank you for the answer. It seems to be that eg has recovered well. Thank you for the advise that eg must be calm for a while. But it also seems that eg is not interesting in breeding. And the vet said that she is not "pregnant" (or how to say among cat women, female cats)? But eg has changed in character. In a way she is not so funny anymore. And in the beginning eg and bf had a nice relationship, but now she is not so interested to play with bf. Bf is much bigger, and when she is going to eat, then bf is going to eg's food and the eg walk away. They have two litter boxes now, but they use them together. Anyway eg is a tough Little cat, and no cats as far as I know can dominate her. But as I mentioned, bf is bigger and that is important. But Everything is not bad. Sometimes they meet and kiss and lick each other on the head, and that is nice.

But EG will grow more. She's not a full grown cat yet and remember she is female. We are the strongern ones. BF will find that out one day. She may be different because of the fall.

The body of Little Elsa Gloria is growing. Are kittens growing inside her body?

Cats grow as they get older. The vet said she's not pregnant right? Has BF been neutered? If not I suggest you get him done quickly before she does get pregnant. And of course she has to be spayed.

Thank you very much for all information. In April I knew nothing about cats. But thanks to you and others I know a lot now. And now it's up to me to arrange for the birth and to make the best out of it.I hope there will be some kittens. I don't know. I read that some cats give birth to dead kittens (I mention this because she fell from that window). And it's because eg is such a Little cat in size. Anyway, today she was happy in a way that she hasn't been since she fell from that window. So perhaps she is all recovered by now, and cute kittens are waiting to see the World. All the best! Peter
