My 16-ish yo kitty had a growth we thought was a cyst for over a year. It ulcerated in feb and was removed. Malignant, clean margins, some vascular involvement. 8 weeks later found another small lump. Removed with total clean excision. 2 weeks later found a super small lump near the incision ~4mm. I'm just devastated. He is totally fine and happy. We hope to get imaging and an oncology consult soon. I had no idea how aggressive the tumor was. I get frustrated bc I have a small town vet who is only in 3 days a week. The oncologist is over 100 miles away. But mostly, I don't know what to expect and it's breaking my heart.thoughts, experience, etc?

I know this doesn't have to do with cats but I had a rat that had a lump on its cheek and it got really big but one day it rotted off and I cut some of it of and took that part to the vet he said as long as it rotted off and u looked at it every day which I did then it is fine but if it stays there for along time go to the oncologist and get him checked out it is better driving 100 miles then losing your pet

Right, well that's the plan. It's just frustrating that Tgey are all so far away. We may even talk to two.
