My cat had 5 kittens this morning from 5am-7am, she moved them all into one of my spare rooms in the closet, which is fine with me I just made sure to put pads down so I wouldn't have to worry about the carpet so much. 2 times now that I have walked in there to check on them she had one of the kittens moved. I've heard they do that if the kitten is sick, but the thing is she doesn't leave that one kitten. I put the kitten back and she was fine, that was around 2 pm, now at 830 she did it again. I'm just confused. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Proceed with laying back. Make sure the kitten hasnt not got cold, they lose forces when cold, you can massage it a little. Does this kitten eats? is it nursed otherwise?

But prepare to step in if necessary. Get home dextrose (=glucose sugar) or at least white caro syrup or honey - this you use if they seems to be fading (=often low blood sugar).  Dropper, kmr or goat milk...

Good luck!
