My indoor cat also cut her tongue in the night. It's been three days, I am giving her water infused with silver, and having her lick raw honey from my finger, she is doing lots better today, her tongue looks like its not sensitive and she has stopped drooling.

By "water infused with silver", are you talking about colloidal silver?
Where on her tongue is the cut? Unless it's on the tip, not sure if what you are doing is actually helping, because it may not actually be touching the cut, but nevertheless, the good news is that it sounds like it's healing
