Yesterday Kitcat went into labor around 8-12 and had 7 beautiful healthy babies. First one came out butt first (poor baby) I was sitting there waiting for her to push out the placenta, and then out popped another baby 2 minutes later, and out came one placenta, then the other. then 5 minutes later the same thing, out came one then out came the other, they came out so fast she didn't have time to clean them. So we helped her out with the ones she couldn't get to then 5 minutes later, another one, then 30 minutes or so, out came another, they are sooo adorable all healthy little babies. She did so good, didn't make a sound even though only 2 came out head first. She had troubles toward the end, who wouldn't though having seven babies, so we had to clean up the last ones and cut the cords.

Good proceeding to mom cat, the 7 children, and the GrandMa & Co!

You do weigh them?

Good luck!

No, we don't have a scale just yet but we are going to go and get one. Also my boyfriends mom is a vet so if there are anything wrong she'll be able to help.

Get one measuring in grammes, easiest with an electronic one. They dont need to be costly.

You can get one either in kitchen department, or where mail wares are...

Weigh them at the same time every day, in whole grammes, and write up the results.

They should gain 10+ most days, some one day may be less, but not two days running.

Good luck!

Okay, I will tell her. :)

We are making sure that the runt is getting enough milk since the others are much bigger and we want him to gain weight too. :)

Congratulations, the piccys are gorgeous. The 4th one(black one with the eye patch) looks just like my Harley did when she was born.
