Oh my .. this is one of my hobbies, so I'll try not to overload the thread
A shot from the Talkeetna River bank of Denali.  We felt fortunate to snap this much of this majestic mountain as most folks never see any of it at all.


A grizzly cub chasing Mom down the river playing instead of learning to catch salmon.  This was shot at the Fish Creek viewing platform in Hyder, AK.

But I have one question: we're you terrified at all while photographing those grizzly bears?

Who are the cats in your pictures, LL? They are nice photos, but they don't tell us a bit about the subjects.

All of the animals belong to my friends, aside from the last one. That's Louie (AKA Lucifer)


I caught him sleeping in one of the plants yesterday.

Actually it's very secure there in Hyder.    You are walking into locking gates out onto the platform pictured below & there are forest service rangers that are armed if it ever came to anything dangerous with the bears.   Now walking from the parking area to the first set of gates you can easily have one walk right past you - or in our instance one walk right beneath the platform & cross the water for berries pictured next.  We could have literally reached through the bottom rails & scratched between its ears

I only use pictures from this site. That makes it more real to me.
