is there anything I can do for this pregnant foster I have from the shelter, I thought she sounded congested this week in her nose and now she is sneezing, and she is due in a week!

I would call the vet and ask if there are any suggestions.
Get her on clavamox asap.
She will give her virus to the babies if not. I just went through this very thing with a very prego cat I pulled from the shelter just minutes before euthanizing.
I got her on clavamox, she delivered 6 days later, and the kids never got sick at all.
Otherwise, you will have quite a mess on your hands, new/very young babies with uri's die easily. Not a good scene.
