I am not finding information on imunovet that matches your description. Most of the ones I am finding are immunoglobulin products or are made from wheat.

I did find the reference to Sangre de Drago (which is Ecudorian Spanish, the Peruvian is Sangre de Grado), which is a latex produced by the trees, and is used as a wound bandage and healing agent. One ingredient in it has just been approved by the FDA for treating HIV-related diarrhea.

Of course I have never used it. Looks to be for short term use only. Here's the warning:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose!

The product should be discontinued after 3 weeks for the minimum period of one week.

During the use of the product adequate intake of water should be secured.

Shake before use.

I see it is made in the Czech Republic. It is approved for use in the US? I have seen no mention of whether it is or not.
