Hi all,
My name is Pat and, according to my kids, I have become one of those dreaded Crazy Cat Ladies.
My husband and I are retired, live on a farm, and have a very spoiled indoor cat named Gus. I found him 6 years ago, abandoned in the barn, when he was about 10 days old... and the rest is history.
I now have 5 semi feral cats on the property (all male and all neutered thanks to the SPCA street cat program).
I've turned a section of the property into a small cat village, complete with insulated accommodations and heated pads for the winter. I guess I can see why my girls would think I've crossed to the "crazy" side but I just love it! Thankfully, I have a very understanding husband.
I was so happy to stumble across The Cat Site while looking for an answer to a medication issue and I predict many hours of feline-related reading in my near future!
