Constipated 2 month old kitten

My kitten is anorexic (has been since I adopted her 2 weeks ago but is getting better) and she has some trouble pooping. She has poop, but doesn't seem to have the strength to push it all the way out. She seems to be a little constipated and I really want to help her. Any suggestions?

Has she seen a vet for a first visit yet?  Either way, I would suggest you get her in.   When cats don't eat, it is usually a sign of something wrong.  I don't think they are anorexic like people are.

There could be many issues that are causing this.

In addition to a vet visit, I would ask what you are feeding her. She is very young. 6 weeks is really too soon to be taken from mother and siblings. She may need help still figuring out how to do everything. I would also post in Pregnant Cats and Kitten Care with specific questions.
