My cat is in labor need help

My cat has been in labor since 8:30a and its now 3:34p, how long does labor last before a kitten comes out ? And her mucus plug came out already but no kittens have arrived. Also I noticed she pushes and I see some spotting of blood. Is that normal ?

The labor seems long. Contact a vet for nearer advice ASAP, be prepared to rush in.

Most kittens come earlier, so cats have usually shorter labor than human women.
