Here's what's posted on their website for adult soft loaf chicken:

Guaranteed Analysis

Crude Protein (Min.)12.00%
Crude Fat (Min.)6.00%
Crude Fiber (Max.)1.00%
Moisture (Max.)78.00%
Ash (Max.)3.50%
Which adds up to 100.5%?

The kitten version has 101.5%:
Crude Protein (Min.)13.00%
Crude Fat (Min.)6.00%
Crude Fiber (Max.)1.00%
Moisture (Max.)78.00%
Ash (Max.)3.50%
Obviously we can't have food whose individual components add up to over 100%. Am I making a mistake somewhere?

Well, "guaranteed analysis" doesn't really translate into anything concrete because it's just a bunch of "maxs" and "mins". So in the example above, it supposedly contains at most, 78% moisture. But in reality, it could contain less. Or there could be more than that 6% fat they guarantee to be in the food. That's why the "As Fed" values are really more relevant. http://www.catinfo.org/docs/FoodChartPublic9-22-12.pdf
