what is the best food for my 9 y.old cat who has lung illness?

She has COPD with much mucus in her lung.In my williage i can buy not so good food like wiskas,felix....

better is the animonda,leonardo,miamor,landfleish which one i choose?Pls help me

It is hard to find nutrition information on the foods you mentioned. I found the animonda and it seems to be a fairly good food.

That would probably be better than Leonardo, which is formulated so that you're supposed to feed both wet and dry food. Landfleisch contains 3% rice, and you'd have to feed more of it (400 g. for a 5 kg. cat) than you would Animonda Carny (270 g. for a 5 kg. cat).
