Hey guys, so this cat has been in the habbit of hanging around my house. He is not fixed and is extremely skinny, i call him mushu when talking to people so they know what im talking about, so you can call him that if you want.

Anyway, i was petting him a few minutes ago and noticed some bumps on the back if his neck, his shoulders, his chest, and some on top of his head. They are brownish and the skin around them is dry and there are large pieces of dry skin. Here is the patch were the hair is thin by cats ears, could this part just be bad ear mites? Sorry if its hard to see i couldnt get him to stand still

And this is the back of his neck, you can see one of the flakes of skin, and im not sure if its visible but on his skin there is a redish brownish spot... It looks kinda like a cut... But like i said he would not stop walking around for a second for me to take the picture

Ive washed my hands every time ive pet him and i have kept my cats away from him partly because he chases the famales and tries to fight my male cat, and partly because i dont know if something is wrong with him

Thanks for the help!

It sounds to me like he may have Ringworm. Is there a TNR (trap, neuter, release) program near where you live? I would do some research and see if there is. Either they can come out and trap him or you can put him in a carrier and take him down there. They will neuter him and give him any other medical treatment that he may need and then return him to the area that he's from.

If you don't want to adopt him and call him your own then that's probably your best bet. But, if you're naming him he *may* already be your baby. If so, get him to a vet for a checkup and to have him neutered so he doesn't continue to contribute to the pet overpopulation and doesn't pose a threat to your existing residents. Remember if you feed don't let them breed!

Thanks for looking out for this little one!
