I think my 3 week old kitten has a cold (its sneezing, meowing, shivering and has a boogery eye. he's also the runt of the litter) he's eating and doing everything else normally though. I have a vet appointment on Friday but my question is do I take him alone or do I take the whole family with me?

The poor little one. :vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes: If the other kittens are doing well then I would just bring the one sick kitten. It really won't hurt to bring them all in if you are the least bit concerned for the others' and I am sure your vet wouldn't mind if you decide to do so on Friday. :vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes:

Be sure to keep this guy warm.  You can use warm rice socks to keep him warm.  Also, be sure momma doesn't reject him.  Make sure he's always close to mom and you might want to get ready to supplement her feeding.  Do you have some KMR (kitten milk replacement) and a syringe?  You can feed him every 4 hours.  Keep his eye wiped off with a warm cotton ball.  Are you weighing the babies daily?  This will help you know if he's growing and gaining weight (& eating properly).  If you notice a drop in weight, then start supplementing with KMR.
