Hi everyone,
I just found out about this site yesterday and am grateful to the person (might have been Oscar) who directed me here.
I have 5 cats now. I have Zachary and Lexa who are both 19 years old, Callie who is 13, Lily also 13 and Oliver who is 7. Lily is my only feral cat.
Up until recently I had two more cats, Tobi and Jesse who unfortunately passed two weeks apart for completely different reasons. Both were in their teens. Tobi was Lily's mom and I wrote about her in my first post.
I have had several cats over the years. My first cat was Maggie May. She lived for 21 years. I took her from Brooklyn to Houston to Tucson to California. I have been an avid cat person since then.
My friend and I also do cat rescue. She does it mainly and I am always there to lend a helping hand. We've had so much success with so many cats. I figure that's my lot in life. And it's a wonderful lot.
I'm happy to be apart of this community.
