Poor boo-boo. Glad you were there to help her. maybe she'll keep coming back if you put out food for her and you can trap and spay her and maybe socialize the kittens (fingers crossed)

Having a steady supply of food will help her. If she comes to trust you, she may bring the kittens when they start to eat solid food. Then you can trap them too. Even if you can't find homes for them all, you can TNR the family. Is there a rescue nearby that can help you (lending traps, helping with the spay/neuter, maybe fostering some of the kittens)? Good luck!

That's too bad. Well, you can only do you best. Try to trap as many as you can and have them fixed so the population does not explode. Mommy first obviously but whatever kittens you can find and help will be grateful!

I am so glad you were able to help her.   Nearby me,  there was a cat with a jar stuck on her head for almost 3 weeks,  it was a miracle she survived.  She did only because there was moisture in the jar and she could breathe.  After they caught her she needed months of medical care but at least she was rescued.

I hope you can catch her and get her spayed as well as those babies.
