Concerned

Hi,  I've been observing my cat Pearl for the last week and have noticed a behavioral change, she is less energetic, more dependent on me and constantly calls out she eats very little now and absolutely wont use her litter box, when I check her urethra and anus both are dirty.

Does she have a urinary infection due to holding her urine for two long of a time?

She absolutely needs to see a vet as soon as possible. I won't even guess at what the problem is but those are all very bad symptoms.

I agree you need to take her to the vet right away. She may have a blockage which is deadly.
