Financial Assistance for Vet Care

I frequently see posts where people say they don't have the money to take their cat to the vet.  I ran across this list of organizations that provide financial assistance for animal health care:

You might want to add a disclaimer that (unfortunately) the blog entry shows no evidence of updating/editing in 3 years........

I can't imagine how distressing it would be when, at a time of high anxiety and stress and, when time itself may be of-the-essence, someone in crisis discovers they've wasted time on a 'wild goose chase'.
