Hi guys!
My mom has 3 cats. 2 of them are litter mates, a boy and girl who will be 2 in August. Petey, the girl developed a scratch on her thigh and the vet said it is eosinophilic granuloma complex. He gave her an antibiotic. He said she may need to be on steroids.
Now, of course I've done some reading of other posts here on TCS, and learned a little about it. I've read that it is immune related and may be allergies. I advised her to try switching foods. She currently has them on W/D science diet dry and Evo which she mixes together (I know, not the best).
She has had the windows open for the past month, so I guess it could be pollen?
I also read because it is immune related she should maybe stop shots, as the are strictly indoor.
Just wanted to see if you guys had any thoughts.... Thanks in advance.
