Plated surgery for hind leg

Need help...my 13 year old cat is having surgery for a broken hind leg.

Victoria had to have her leg amputated and then her liver failed...we had to put our sweet kitty to sleep.

We love them so much, but our cats never live as long as we would wish for them. And sometimes they cross the Rainbow Bridge too soon.

I'm so sorry for your loss. It is small consolation but you surely gave Victoria a wonderful life, and did your very best with veterinary care for her broken leg.

When you feel up to it, perhaps you'd like to write a tribute for her in the Rainbow Bridge forum, and give other members an opportunity to also offer their condolences.
