That's how many miles I walked during April! Comes out to a little over 4 miles a day. With only a few leg twinges here and there along the way.
And I lost 11.2 pounds! again!!

Thanks guys! I was happy about it, especially considering how long it took me to get back to that point. Between my back and my legs, I didn't think I'd ever be able to walk that much again. So I'm a happy camper!

Yes, it includes the treadmill. No bike, though....I don't have one.
I like to keep track of where I'm at....I think it helps me to stay motivated.
I was going to push for 5 miles a day during May, but I'm afraid that might be too much for the leg/knee.
