That's how many miles I walked during April! Comes out to a little over 4 miles a day.
With only a few leg twinges here and there along the way.

And I lost 11.2 pounds!
again!!

Life is good!

 Well done!
I don't keep an exact log, but I estimated my total at 75 miles. Now the weather's turning nicer, I'm going to catch you up!

Thanks guys! I was happy about it, especially considering how long it took me to get back to that point. Between my back and my legs, I didn't think I'd ever be able to walk that much again. So I'm a happy camper!

C'mon, pushylady....catch up to me!

Great work Pam. Does that include the miles on the treadmill and bike also?

I think I should start tracking miles soon also. You're an inspiration.

Yes, it includes the treadmill. No bike, though....I don't have one.

I like to keep track of where I'm at....I think it helps me to stay motivated.

I was going to push for 5 miles a day during May, but I'm afraid that might be too much for the leg/knee.

Thanks!

I know how you feel. With my foot continually being re-injured I sometimes get so depressed wondering if I will ever be able to walk freely or hike again.

Congratulations Pam.

Thanks, Otto. It took so long to get back to feeling good again. I hope you will, too.

That's awesome, Pam! Way to go!

I'm having knee issues, so I'm limiting myself to three miles a day. I see an orthopedist on Thursday.
