I will be nervously awaiting the phone call that he's done and up and around, and looking forward to having him back with me tonight.  DH says I'm "off the bell-curve" because I worry (and cry when I leave the vet's office), but I can't help it.  I love the little guy so much, and just hate leaving him there.

You're in good company; I'd cry too!

I'm sure he'll be fine, and you have a good reason (not that you need any! : )) to spoil him when he gets back.

Awww.... :hugs: :vibes: :vibes: :vibes: :vibes: :hugs: :rub:

I can totally relate. We're taking Tuxedo, Sheldon, and Billy for dentals tomorrow. I'm trying not to think about it, and have a really busy day planned.

Thanks for the kind words.  The Vet just called, he did fine, got his cleaning, didn't have to lose any teeth (other than 2 he had lost naturally), woohoo!  We can go pick him up at 3:00, and you can bet I'll be spoiling him rotten for the rest of the day.

So is Ritz--a tuxedo, markings kind of similar to your guy Misty (though Ritz is female).

:woohoo: That's great!   (And such a relief!!!!!)

LDG, :vibes:  for Tuxedo, Sheldon, and Billy tomorrow.  Is Tuxedo called that because he's a tuxedo cat?  Swanie is a tuxie also.
.

Thanks. :hugs:

Technically Tuxie's name is "Tennessee Tuxedo" after the cartoon character (probably before your time. :lol3: ). But the Tennessee part didn't stick because it sounds so hissy. And yes, he's a Tuxedo cat... that looks like he went to the fancy affair, and then got into a bar brawl afterwards. Very fitting, given his personality. ;)

Oh heck yeah, I remember Tennessee Tuxedo!  How cute!  Swanie is home now, and purring up a storm.

So glad everything went well.  I always worry anytime they have to "go under" for any reason.
