Help, my cat is pregnant and outside

Hey my cats heavily pregnant and gone outside what should I do she's jumped over the fence and don't know where she is will she come back to give birth?

Beccs- Unfortunately she may choose to have her babies outside. Every kitty is different. iI hope she returns still pregnant, if she does- please keep her in until she has given birth, the kittens are weaned, and she is spayed or she will get pregnant again quickly. If she comes back and has already given birth, that's a whole different situation and you'll probably have to watch and follow her to find them.
