Is is ok if i bath my cat that gave birth 6 days ago or is it not safe? If not, when is the right time to do so? Because she is starting to smell and needs a bath badly.

I suppose it is possible. The problem is, nobody really does it.  so what is smelling and why?

Do you change the bedding in the nest? Every day?

Or perhaps she by some reason dont washes herself?

If you dont dare to bath, and think he needs help, try with a wetted cloth.

Although I guess you can, if she is used to it from before. You dont want to high stress her now with something entirely new.

Best is probably to make it a shower, this way you are sure bacteria wont be forced into her body.

On the other hand, you must prob do it near her nest, so she can see the babies.  Pour  warm water with some mild schampoo on her, and after it, luke warm water, a couple three times.

Some thoughts.

Good luck!

She is smelling because she used to go out alot during her pregnancy which is the main reason why she starts to smell, but i didnt bath because i was afraid i would hurt the babies if i did so. Ya she is used to it, i bath her every month from the time we got her which was when she was 7 months old. Thank you

I see I was unclear.   If she is reluctant and you barely manage to held her, pouring a three times to wash of the soap water is minimum.  If she is OK and not stressed, you of course do it till you are sure all soap is washed off.
