I stumbled across this website and decided to join. I love meeting new people-especially new people who love cats as much as I do!

I have a two year old domestic short hair tiger cat. I rescued her from a rescue shelter. Her owner was using her exclusively for breeding and eventually, the owner got sick and gave her up. She is the most calm, laid back, caring, spoiled, beautiful, feisty cat. And I love it! As soon as I adopted her, I took her to the vet for a check-up (just to make sure things were okay) and they found she had a heart murmur. (This was back in October.) I took her today for another check-up, and her heart murmur is completely gone. I am so relieved and happy We look forward to exploring this site

How cute! I chuckled at the second picture. Totally says, 'Why you takin' my picture when I'm eatin' this tree?'

Poor thing. I can't stand the breeding philosiphy. She's so adorable. I'm glad you were able to rescue her and that fate took her away from that horrible woman. Extra happy to hear her heart murmur is gone!
