I'm sorry to return to TCS after a long absence only to ask for vibes, but knowing how effective those vibes can be, I have to ask. The cat I'm currently fostering, a shy female tuxedo named Sweet Alice has gone missing - inside my house. There is virtually no chance she could have gotten outside. The last time I saw her was Tuesday morning under the bed in my spare room. (The room has been thoroughly searched, to include the box springs). I have alerted the rescue and we've already tried some measures to draw Alice out of hiding. I'm not looking for advice on what to do or even where to look. We have that covered. More than anything, I'm just asking for vibes/prayers that we find Alice soon. She was sent home with me to foster to help draw her out of her shell and I hate to think of how scared she must be. Thank you.

Thanks so much for the vibes! We found Alice this afternoon hiding underneath one of my kitchen cabinets. I have an old kitchen and it's kind of a crazy set up, so there's no way to get her out without actually taking part of the front of the cabinets off. Since she's too scared right now to come out on her own, I'm going to try setting a trap in the kitchen overnight to see if that draws her out. If not, we'll be dismantling a cabinet in the morning. I'm just so relieved she's safe!
