I have been feeding an outside cat for two years now.  She had a litter of kittens last year and they all died of an upper respiratory infection. It happened very quickly.  It was heart breaking. This year she has given birth to another litter of kittens and they also have an upper respiratory infection. I know if I don't seek medical help they will die quickly.  The problem is I don't have any money to put out for vet care.  Does anyone know where I could find someone to take care of them?

I'm sorry abut your outside cats.

Honestly, your best bet is to call the humane society or feral organization and see if they can help or take them.

URIs are serious, as you know.  Without medication, they may very well die.

If that is not an option, try getting some L-lysine and put it in their wet food.  Make the food extra smelly; their ability to smell is hampered, and if they can't smell the food, then they may not eat.  You could call the humane society/SPCA/feral cat group, explain the situation and ask if there is a vet who would prescribe medicine which you can then put in their wet food.

If the mother cat/kittens survive, please get them spayed/neutered.
