Well, I did it again. :doh3:

After I fixed my sleep, I had to get hives and stay up all night. It is 5 in the morning right now. What should I do? Because of my disability it is very difficult to function properly without getting sleep. I need at least 7 hours usually if I decide to go out of the apartment. But I also don't want to sleep during the day and then get into a pattern of staying up all night...

What do you do in situations like this? Unfortunately caffeine is not an option for me, due to health reasons.

Bummer! It's ok. I am gonna try stay up all day to reset my sleep. I might take a short nap eventually, but we'll see yeah?

If I'm wide awake and simply cannot drop off, I'll usually pick up a book. Or lie in bed and watch something mindless on tv.

Hope you'll be able to sleep tonight....

When my babies were small I'd just take naps when they did during the day; till I got my full sleep.  Those short sleeps really helped when I was so sleep deprived!

Since you cannot drink coffee, I don't know what your health condition is but I would reccomend eating well today. Plenty of fluids and Protein rich food will keep your body replenished. I also used a B-12 Vitamin complex when I stay up all night. It helps my brain to feel alert and less wekened. They seel some kinda lemonades or drink mixes with those vitamins but make sure they don't have any caffeine. The one I can think of is

Emergen-C energy booster. But you can find other stuff that works for you.

I hope it helps!

Well it's past 4 pm now and I am still managing to stay up. Thinking about making some Emergen-C now.
