I live in Michigan, USA in the Upper Peninsula, which is adjacent to Wisconsin and Canada. We have to cross the Mackinac Bridge to get to the Lower Peninsula of Michigan.

We're from the Great Pacific Northwest,
1 hour SE of Seattle, WA U.S.A.
--elev. 895 ft. against the foothills of the Cascade Range and majestic Mt. Rainier.

P.S. Sasha says you can stay in his "room", but you gotta bring a girl. A longhair.

I went to Seattle and Yakima 2 years ago, and I fell in love! I have never in my life seen so many beautiful mountains and trees! (I am from Houston, so we have flat land, and dirt everywhere...lol)

Candie,

I cross the bridge quite a bit because my best friend lives in Grand Rapids, MI (lower peninsula). I will be going to visit her the second weekend in November. It is always iffy traveling during the late fall and winter months because the bridge may have to close due to really high winds or snow storms. If you are afraid to drive across the bridge, someone will drive your car over for you. I don't have a problem with it though. I think it's neat and the view is breathtaking.

Well I come from Northern Michigan but I have lived in Salt Lake City, Utah for the last 5 years. I think I'm the only one from Utah here
But if you went to Southern California I have no problem driving there!
