Here is a cat story for you, Cuz. We used to have a visiting cat at our front door daily. He looked just like Morris from the cat food ads so that's what we called him. He would come in and eat dry food and then curl up on the lamp table at the front window for 2 hrs. and then leave. One day I saw him wrapped around the coffee maker in the kitchen and thought it unusual. Then my wife opened the front door and said,"Here's Morris." I said ,"IF THAT'S MORRIS, who the is this? We been HAD !" Then one guilty-looking cat slunk out the door as Morris came in. It reminded me of the cartoon of the man and wife saying "My mother? I thought she was YOUR mother. The old woman watching TV knew she had been caught. Unfortunately "Morris" got run over on the next block and we missed him,.

Reminds me of the time I was cat sitting for someone. The cat was indoor/outdoor and I hadn't seen her for a few days so I went door-knocking in the neighbourhood. Turns out she also "belonged" to the couple two doors down. She looked very comfortable sitting in their dining room by the fireplace, not the least bit guilty at being found out! :lol3:

I used to have a kitty neighbour that considered my home his second home. He was an older boy, and the neighbours let him roam at will. I felt so bad for that baby. Yes, they took care of him, but they also left him outside when it was raining without any shelter.I started to take him in when the whether was bad, and soon he started to just wander in when I opened the door. He was a very sweet boy. He made himself completely at home and would nap on my bed.
