A Cat Precious Moment!

The other night Tippy was sleeping in between us. She rested on my left arm with her head on my shoulder, her back towards Paul. He leaned over to pet her. She tilted her head way back to see who was touching her. He then leaned down and kissed her head. She leaned back again for another kiss, and again and again for more kisses. It was such a sweet and loving moment and Tippy was absolutely in kitty heaven. Brought me back to a few years ago when she was our little stray from the woods at the sliding glass door, with a bald spot from an apparent wound from some kind of attack on her head. That's when we started feeding her and brought her to the vet and the rest is history.

I had to share this precious moment story because I know all of you can appreciate this. If I told the story to some people I know they would absolutely not understand and just think I'm crazy! They dont' know what love theyre missing!

cats do crazy and adorable things that you have to share each one. Do you have a journal for your cats ? Some people do things like this.and record everything about their cats.

That is the understatement of the century.  There is no love like that of a warm, furry, purry cat or kitten.

There are a lot of us that DO understand beautiful moments like that, that is why this is such a great site. No body here would think you are crazy. I don't understand people who are like that, "it's just a cat," "it's not a human you know", well all I've got to say is they are missing out on one of life's greatest pleasures, there is no love like the love between a person and their cat!

:9: awww that's so sweet. I love my snuggle time with Pushy too. He'll come in for cuddles and love at night and it's just so sweet. It's a real bonding moment.

Sooo sweet!!! Those moments are great.  Angel gives kisses too. I love it!!

Agreed! My grandparents over react when they call my male cat an "it" and I correct them. It apparently doesn't matter because he's "only an animal", well then mr and mrs human so are you! So I shall call you an it.
